A controlled process

You stay informed and in control.

Nothing is guessed, nothing is changed without confirmation, and no call is required.

01

Confirm the facts

You approve the correct business details before any listing changes are submitted.

02

Approve dates and pay

You receive confirmed start and delivery dates, followed by a secure, customer-specific Stripe invoice.

03

Grant safe access

Use manager or partner access where needed. Password sharing is never required.

04

Review the proof

Initial work is normally completed within three business days after payment, intake, and required access are complete.

Clear expectations

Accurate work, honest boundaries.

Local Search Reset can reduce confusing or inconsistent public information. It cannot guarantee rankings, platform approval, customer reviews, or increased revenue. Google, Meta, and other directories control their own systems and review timelines.

Owner approval comes before submissions.

Manager access is used instead of shared passwords.

Completed work is documented with proof.

Common questions

Know exactly what you’re buying.

Do I need to share my passwords?

No. When account access is needed, you use the platform’s manager or partner access tools. Access is limited to the agreed work and removed after the included recheck where the platform allows it.

When does the three-business-day timeline begin?

After payment, completed intake, and all required access have been received. Your exact start and expected delivery dates are confirmed before payment.

Can you guarantee higher rankings or more sales?

No honest provider can guarantee a platform ranking or a revenue result. The service focuses on accurate information, stronger profiles, fewer customer-facing inconsistencies, and documented completion.

What happens if a platform rejects or delays a change?

The submission and status are documented, and delayed items are checked again after 14 days. Platform-controlled delays or rejections are not treated as incomplete work when the agreed submission was performed accurately.

Service policies

Simple terms before work begins.

Client information and access

The delivery clock begins after payment, completed intake, and all required manager access are received. A missing prerequisite pauses the schedule. Reminders are sent around days 7 and 14. If items are still missing after 30 days, the project is placed on client hold and new dates are confirmed when work can resume.

Cancellations and refunds

A cancellation before work begins receives a full refund. After work begins, completed work is documented and any unearned portion is refunded. Platform delays, rejected edits, or ranking outcomes are not by themselves refund reasons when the agreed work was performed accurately.

If a material included item cannot be completed, the remedy will be a correction, an agreed substitute, or a refund for that unperformed portion. Refunds are issued through Stripe. Rights required by applicable law are preserved.

Privacy, research, and access removal

Information is used to communicate, deliver the service, document the work, and meet legitimate legal or accounting obligations. Personal information, payment information, credentials, and identifiable customer records are not sold.

With permission, de-identified service observations may be combined with other records to create statistical benchmarks, research, or paid reports. Participation is optional, and no client, business, employee, or customer is identified without separate written permission. Authorized platform access is removed after the included recheck where the platform allows it.
